We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we’d have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing. I honestly thought they’d be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven’t been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive. I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can’t say enough good things about this company. Norm and Benny installed our new heater and our first-ever air conditioner. They were fantastic! They arrived promptly and explained the changes they were making clearly. They installed the entire system incredibly quickly and efficiently!! This included customizing the system to be able to still include our humidifier! We have not previously had air conditioning so this required setting up a pad outside and adding electrical support. All of this was completed in half the time I expected and it works perfectly! They took the time to walk us through all aspects of our new system. They even provided us with additional tips and information on using our air conditioning!! Fantastic! They did a new AC installation. It wast the easiest install but they did a great and very professional job, and in a timely manner (1 day). They promptly returned to finish up a couple of punch list items and I'm very pleased. Photo is the white raceway they installed from the AC unto to the basement furnace, just need to get it painted now. 💪 Read Less
